  1. Do you offer volume discounts?
    Yes, we have sales programs for distributors, gourmet shops, restaurants and retailers.
  2. What credit cards do you accept?
    Master Card , Visa, Amex and PayPal.
  3. How do you ship?
    Most commonly via FEDEX ground and upon request we can also ship 2nd day service. Our oils are kept in a temperature controlled warehouse. Each bottle is individually protected in bubble wrap and packed in a box with polystirane beans.
    Winter Shipments - Sometimes oil might appear partly frozen and cold. Allow bottle to reach room temperature and occasionally shake contents. Do not open bottle until it reaches its natural color and consistency. The organoleptics attributes will not be affected in any way.
  4. What guarantees does your company offer?
    Our company is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and so are our suppliers. We also comply with HACCP and BRC regulations.
  5. What is your return policy?
    Any customer not 100 percent satisfied with any of our oils can contact our company by e-mail or phone within 30 days.
    We will find a solution with you or replace the product.
