Shipping and handling charges to the continental United States is included in our special offer packages.

Order Tracking

As soon as we receive your order you will receive an email shortly after shipping with your tracking number. You must go to the FEDEX website ( www.fedex.com) to track your order. When tracking your order you must use business days (Monday - Friday) as there is no transit time over the weekend or on major holidays.

Shipping Policy

We ship within the continental U.S.A. Limited service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is now available for an additional charge, please contact us to get a customized quote and transit time if you reside in either state. Please also remember that FEDEX cannot deliver to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes, so a street address is necessary in your shipping instructions.

Spanolive America Inc. ships via FEDEX Ground (delivery in 1 to 5 business days, depending on how far you are from our facilities, see FEDEX map below) or FEDEX 2nd Day Air (guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day) within U.S.A. and FEDEX overnight is also available upon request, please contact us to get a customized quote and transit time if which to use other transit options. Once again, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays do not "count" as business days, so please take this into consideration when estimating the arrival of your package.

Your order will then be shipped the following business day as long as it is received before noon EST.
